ABOUT ME

Hello there. My name is Carter Miller and I am a cinematographer and part-time editor originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I grew up in a small town with love for the little things and details that others might not notice. I took up creativity early in my life by writing small stories with classmates in elementary school, and starting piano lessons at age five. These two things led to my love of stories and my love of music. Having chosen to turn the passion of film into a profession, I like to display my creative expression in different forms. I love working with my own footage and others' equally, but most importantly, being behind a camera is my favorite part of production. I am currently a student at the University of Alabama, and am majoring in Creative Media. Throughout my time here I have learned so much from professors, peers, and professionals in the industry. I have worked on many projects involved with the school and on my own, and working with others has been the most enjoyable aspect of those experiences.
